-   If the winner of a contest cannot continue to the next level due to injury, the defeated opponent has the option to advance to the next level and to the championship.  The defeated opponent cannot advance if he/she was defeated by knockout.  Note: This rule only applies to events when the number of fighters in a division is limited to 8 fighters.
-   A contest shall consist of three rounds of boxing.  The first round will be 60 seconds in length.  The second round will be 60 seconds in length.  The third and final round will be 45 seconds in length.  Length and number of rounds may be adjusted if an elimination bout is necessary and will be at the promoters discretion.
-   The referee / judge will determine contest winners.  Each referee / judge must pick a winner.  No draws will be allowed.

-   All participants must register and tryout to be eligible.  Participants must weigh in at registration to determine placement in a weight division.  Cutting weigh will not be permitted.  Official weigh in will take place 24 hours prior to event.
- The Champion of each division will win $1000.00.  If less than 8 participants are entered, the award will be $500.00.
